2020학년도 1학기 학부 수강변경 추가 실시 안내

   코로나19 감염 확산 방지를 위하여 온라인 강의 기간이 5월 12일까지 연장됨에 따라, 교과목 선택을 위한 사전정보가 충분히 제공되지 않았다는 총학생회의 긴급한 요청에 의하여 수강변경을 추가로 실시합니다. 2020학년도 1학기 수강과목에 대한 변경이 필요한 학생은 다음의 안내에 따라 지정된 기간에 변경하시기 바랍니다.

1. 수강변경 절차

연세포탈서비스 메인화면 학부수강신청 메뉴에서 수강신청과 동일한 방법으로 진행

2. 수강변경 추가 기간 : 4. 6.(월) 10:00 ∼ 4. 7.(화) 17:00

3. 추가 최종 등록 및 초과 학기자 변동 등록일정 : 4. 9.(목) 09:30 ∼ 4. 10.(금) 17:00

     (미등록자 및 초과학기자 중 수강변경으로 인해 감면금이 변동되는자에 한함)

4. 유의 사항

  1) 신청시간 1시간 전부터 로그인할 수 있으며, 희망과목 담기, 기존 신청과목 취소가 가능합니다.

  2) 정원미달 과목만 신청이 가능하고, 정원초과 과목은 대기번호가 부여됩니다.

  3) 수강변경한 교과목의 지난 3주간 출결에 대하여 결석을 원칙으로 합니다.

[Notice] Additional Course Add/Drop Period for 2020 Spring Semester

  As it has been decided to extend the online/non-face-to face course period to May 12^th to prevent the spread of COVID -19, there will be an additional add/drop period in response to the urgent request of the student council that sufficient information needed for course enrollment was not provided. Students who need to change their courses may follow the guidelines below:

1. 1. Course Add/Drop Procedure

You can add and drop courses through the Undergraduate Course Enrollment Menu of the Yonsei Portal, following the same procedure for regular course enrollment.
 

1. 2. Additional Course Add/Drop Period: 4.6 (Mon.) 10:00 ~ 4.7(Tue.) 17:00

3. Final Tuition Payment Period (for students who have not completed payment yet and students taking extra semester(s) whose tuitions are changed after add/drop) : 4.9 (Thurs.) 9:30 ~ 4.10 (Fri.) 17:00
 

4. Notice

1) You can log into the menu, add to wish list, and drop courses 1 hour before the starting time of course add/drop period.

2) You can only add courses that are not yet full. Those who add a course that is full will be placed on the waiting list

3) If you add a new course, it is the principle that you will be marked as ‘absent’ for the past three weeks of class for that course.
